Volunteers are the core of our existence.

We are always looking for volunteers to assist us in the areas of:

Lead horse as directed by instructor
Return horse to stall and remove tack

Side Walkers:  (no horse experience needed)
Greet rider and assist with helmet
Escort rider to barn
Assist rider during class by walking beside the rider and interacting
Assist with mount and dismount
Escort rider to parent/guardian

Other Opportunities:
Calling volunteers (reminders, finding subs due to cancellation, etc.)
Administrative work
Assisting riders before class
Fundraisers
Maintaining facility and equipment
Planning social activities for instructors, volunteers, riders and families
Repairing and cleaning saddles, blankets and bridles
Cleaning tack room and barn
Yard work

You don't want to miss the experience!  Witnessing a child accomplish a task for the first time will warm your heart.  Seeing the excitement on a child's face when they see "their" horse will make you smile.  Knowing that you are making a difference in a child's life will bless you incredibly.

Can YOU Help?
Volunteers are needed to assist with therapy lessons and grooming in the mornings, evenings and on Saturdays. Volunteers have to be at least 14 years old unless waived by Executive Director on a case by case basis.   A volunteer orientation is required.

Please call Donna at 501-728-3316 to set up an appointment for an orientation.
